This policy governs how our pieces transition from our studio into your possession. 2. Domestic Circulation (Indonesia) Our standard distribution network operates strictly within the borders of Indonesia.
- Processing: Once your acquisition is confirmed by the system, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to prepare and package the garment.
- Delivery Timeframes: The speed of transit is dictated by our third-party logistics partners and your specific regional location. Standard domestic shipping timelines apply once the package is handed over to the courier.
3. Transit and Responsibility Upon dispatch, the physical object enters the broader logistical machine. We will provide you with a digital tracking trace to monitor its movement. Please note that Pile of Dime transfers operational responsibility to the courier once the package leaves our facility. We are not liable for systemic delays, misrouted packages, or errors committed by external logistics networks.
